Your BMR- BMR stands for base metabolic rate- this is the number of calories your body needs to function correctly. By knowing this number you eliminate the chance of under eating.
Your Training Zones- It is very important to know what zone you are in when doing cardio. We will give you your personal training zones broken down so you know exactly what you are burning when you exercise.

Join me every Saturday from 8-9 am for my one hour boot camp classes. I combine resistance training with high intensity plyometrics, kick boxing, medicine balls, box drills and cardio for a killer workout. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This is a great add on for your regular exercise routine. Burn between 500- 600 calories each time!! I never duplicate a class. Cost is $15.00 per person.
